how to configure BloGTK and wordpress

How to configure BloGTK?
In fact is very easy. One time installed you just need to add some info to BloGTK.

The first time you load BloGTK you’ll see the windowAccounts and Preference.

Then we clic on New Account and write the name that we want for our settings.

In “Server URL” we write our blog address. Ex http://myblog.com/xmlrpc.php, don’t forget the /xmlrpc.php that is where BloGTK will try to connect to our blog.

The next fields are the obvious one, we write our username, password. But on Blogging System we select MetaWeblog API. Then clic on “Save” and finally OK. And that’s all.

In the app, go to File -> Connect, the app will connect and then we’re ready to Blog yay!.

NOTE: Remeber go to Wordpress and enable Remote Publishing. Dashboard -> Settings -> Writting. Search for Remote Publishing and enable “Enable the WordPress, Movable Type, MetaWeblog and Blogger XML-RPC publishing protocols.” Save changes, and done!. Now you can connect on BloGTK or another remote publishing app.
